Daymeh was born in the heart of Tripoli, Lebanon — a city rich in tradition, flavor, and community spirit. Inspired by the global “Too Good To Go” movement, we saw an opportunity to bring this concept home, adapting it to reflect our culture’s deep respect for food and togetherness.
Daymeh connects local bakeries, restaurants, and households with customers who want to save delicious surplus meals at reduced prices — all while helping reduce food waste.
What started as a small idea among friends walking Tripoli’s old souks quickly became a mission: to make great food accessible, support local businesses, and preserve the value of every bite.
